Never received a confirmation for membership, no way to communicate with "Customer Support" basically, a scam.

In summary, I would not recommend Travel Companion Exchange to a friend.

After entering all my information including a picture NEVER received the email confirmation and spend a lot of time sending a note explaining them and never got any help

I joined with the gold membership just several days ago -- or at least I thought I joined. After all, my payment was made and I subsequently attempted to log on to my account. However, after my inability to do so since the website continuously ignored my membership, I attempted to contact Travel Companion Exchange both by phone and through their website. No one responded in either case. I tried several days in a row and have now concluded that I am better off getting a refund and going some place else to find a travelling companion. Little did I know that the website will not allow me to seek the refund. It claims I am not yet registered with Travel Companion. The problem may be the result of a website malfunction or just negligence on their part. Either way, I want my money back. I'm feeling scammed.

In summary, I would not recommend Travel Companion Exchange to a friend.
