DO NOT STAY HERE. STAY IN A MOTEL INSTEAD
On arrival at 11 pm at night due to flight delay, had to ring the bell to get someone at the front desk. she must have been sleeping. (Dede) very rude when she came to see me. the hotel was smelly of cooking meats etc. The smell was inside my room too. there was a tissue with snot in the closet. I tried to call the front desk the phones were dead, and the phones were sticky and yucky. I asked for a 7 am wakeup call and have the phones fixed. did not happen. when asked the front desk the African American lady said she put it in the system. when asked about the phones again her response was, I put it in the system. putting it in the system does not solve my problem you have to have it fixed.
gave me two keys the first one did not work. the next day when I complained she did not want to hear my complaints. I told her I want a refund and leave the hotel. I don’t pay for crappy attitude and filthy service. she put her manager on the phone. he too did not want to listen to my complaint because Dede had already explained to him about my complaint. he refused. I checked out. Dede called the police officers on me for trespassing. this hotel does not know how to treat the guest. it is because of the guest that the hotel stays open. the police officers escorted me to my room till I had cleared it out and went to my car. they gave me a warning citation never to come to this property ever. do you think I am that stupid to step in this filthy hotel? I called corporate to have my money refunded. They are not cooperating for the refund. I challenged them to visit the site and see what ever I told them is true, but they are afraid that it is.

In summary, I would not recommend TravBuddy to a friend.
